   I live in California and I miss the music scene in Chennai. I enjoy it vicarioulsy through your blog and thank you for your great service.

   I was reading about the scintillating concert of Smt. R. Vedavalli in Lakshmipuram (2006) and I am interested in that concert (esp. the Azhwar Pasurams sung by her). I hope you recorded that concert. If you did, would you be so kind to share it with me?>

   Unfortunately I didn’t record the concert.

   IIRC, there is a commercial release of Smt. Vedavalli that features only Pasurams. I will search for the same and let you know the name of the CD and the recording company.

   Vishwanath,

   Since I live in Chennai presently, I am unable to track Hyderabad events. I tried tracking Bangalore events from Chennai for some time and found it very difficult to keep the list updated from here. Hence I don’t post events of any other cities other than Chennai as of now.
