Another nice concert by the brothers. The main alapana of the day (kharaharapriyA) lasted about 21 minutes (vocal alone) with the two brothers complementing each other well. While both have voices with very good ranges, the elder one seems to be very effective in the upper reaches of the octave while the younger one seems very much at home in the lower octave and has a voice that weaves magic there. Continued good practice, rich concert experience and a lot of listening to past/present maestros will surely make them a duo to reckon with in the times to come. Looking forward to hearing more and more of them.
