This is certainly one of the best movies I have watched in the recent times. A brilliant directorial debut by the very talented Aamir Khan, the movie is centered around a 8 year old dyslexic boy Ishaan Awasthi, played by Darsheel Safary. You would have to see the movie to realize what a great job Darsheel has done !!! His body language, expressions and dialog delivery are fantastic.
Really happy to be ending the year with two beautiful movies – Evano Oruvan and Taare Zameen Par.

Movie was good “BUT” the child’s teeth were humongous which were killing his cuteness. had they chiseled his teeth a bit, he cud hv evoked more sympathy. aamir khan shud stop shaking his back-side vigorously. he dances awful and its high time he shud accept this or may be he himself is sttill ‘dyslexic’ in dancing and needs help and does ne teacher in ne school in india dances like that in classroom. that gave a huge blow to the reality aspect in the movie. otherwise the story-line was awesome. they cud hv showed more ‘cruelty’ on the child to make it a bigger tear-jerker. overall nice movie, not excellent.
