Self-esteem

One of the things I encounter very often in my coaching work is low self-esteem. We are often told we are not good enough. By our family. Friends. Teachers. Bosses. Others. Or we perceive the same, for example, via social media by looking at the “success” of others. And that message seems to stick with us for a long time.

“But if a mirror ever makes you sad you should know that it does not know you.” – Kabir

Catch and change your critical self-talk. Create a sense of sound self-worth. It is the foundation to achieve your dreams. Do not hesitate to seek professional help if required.
